If required, it is the individual responsibility of all GECCO delegates to ensure that they obtain the
necessary travel visa to Ireland. Details on what nationalities require a visa, and details on how to
obtain a visa (if necessary) are detailed here.
Where required, Letters of Invitation can be prepared for authors of accepted papers or for genuine
conference delegates whose registration fees have been paid in full. A Letter of Invitation does not
guarantee that a travel visa will be issued.
Delegates requiring a travel visa are encouraged to apply very early as considerable delays can occur
especially during the Summer months and months leading up to the Summer vacation.
